2. Data we collect

Request data: name, phone number, email (optional), project description, selected service and city.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, language preferences, selected city and interface language (stored locally in your browser).

Correspondence if you contact us via the chat widget, WhatsApp or Telegram.

3. Purposes

Processing your request and matching you with a suitable craftsman or contractor.

Communication about your request: call, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram or email.

Improving the website and service, usage statistics.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Processing is based on your consent (form submission, cookie consent) and/or pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6 GDPR).

5. Third-party sharing

Requests are shared with chosen craftsmen/contractors only to the extent needed to perform the work.

Technical processors: Telegram (lead notifications), Chatity (chat widget), hosting providers and analytics tools. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Data is kept no longer than necessary for the stated purposes and is deleted upon your request.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and to withdraw consent at any time.
